Please tell me that the home-owner whose wall you just destroyed came out and kicked you stoutly in the gonads for your trouble.

Am I missing something here.

I am definitely not aware.

But I'll join in. I'll laugh awkwardly though.

Someone tell me what the joke is God Dammit!

Imagine having a lottery ticket in your hands, and watching the draw live, as all your numbers come up. ALL of your numbers. You've won the fucking jackpot. Then you realise, that's last weeks ticket you're holding - you forgot to play this week. Now you know how I feel after seeing your crashed bike, only to learn that you appear to have escaped serious injury.

Shame about my bike though going to cause me quite a bit of inconvenience nothing I can't handle though.

Not really, t's a zombie, it's been dead for months but you refused to put it out of it's misery. Now it may rest in pieces.
Motorcycling time-out and inconvenience may help you appreciate it that much better when you can get back on the road, act more responsibly and take better care of your bike... but I'm not overly optimistic on that one.

Could be interesting what the insurance assessor will say if you have one look over your bike.
