help with wiring no spark, pulse adrenaline/gs125 copy

also should say, got new loom, new stator, new coil pack, new plug and cap and new battery, just not sure why I got no spark guessing faulty connector somewhere?

kill switch........

taken kill switch off side stand and j#connected the wire together, kill switch in clutch lever. pulls in and solenoid just clicks, I have a kill switch in throttle assembly or front brake but that is a new unit

have you painted the frame ( and now insulated the earth?? )??

I presume you have no spark via the k/starter??

clickling solenoid, bad connection to starter etc etc etc .....mmmmmmm have you painted the frame

i have painted the frame but earthing points sanded back to bare metal

little update replaced solenoid recharge battery, engine is turning over but I still have not got spark, any help please guys?

Coil wires the right way round? If its two bullets swap them over.....

yes only one way coil wires fit

no bullet connectors all in wiring loom

suspecting dodgy connection in wiring, also have a new cdi here im going to chuck in as soon as I remember where I put it now

If that diagram is the correct one for your bike
its a very simple machine
I'd disconnect the wire from the CDi to the ignition switch first
If you're lucky its that.

On most CDI bikes that wire will be pulled low to stop the sparks
and will go high to allow sparks/engine run
A wrong or badly wired switch may be disabling the CDI
(get meter, test)

If that makes no difference
test the source coil and pulser coils resistances to earth
If any show a dead short they're probably burn out or shit wiring
High or off the scale reading could also be burn out, broken wires or open connectors.
With a meter you can also do contiinuity tests to see if the wires at the cdi are actually connected to the ign sw/ign coil/pulser./ source coil etc
test time 5 mins max
