<typical BCF light thread response>Bullshit, having lights makes you harder to see and folk never look anyway but if they ever did which they never do you'd be harder to see, utter truth, LOOOOMING DAZZLE PATTERN CAMOUFLAGE RISK COMPENSATION DANGEROUSE</typical BCF light thread response>
Eh, we are hard to see, no need to feel bad about it. The rider chose that risk and created that situation, not you. Good job on not being in a hurry. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Was thinking about this the other day, well sort of. Basically I've noticed how your attention is drawn towards headlights (during the day), so if a following car has it's lights on and the one infront doesn't, you notice the one behind more... if that make sense.
So at night it's obviously going to be worse, if someone's making themselves less visible. So cyclists with no lights or high-vis, expect people to make out a vague outline in the dark. ____________________ Yamaha MT-03 '08 (crashed)
