OK why change the oil

Te oil in the tank (2 stroke oil) is total loss
The oil in the "engine" actually it is in the gear box is what I suspect you have changed should be 10/40 engine oil

The oil pump delivery can be checked by with the engine idling loosening one of the banjo bolts while holding the pump at full delivery (push the cable pulley towards the pump body )

oil should leak out

Cable should be adjusted but I can no longer remember the alinement's

Suzuki trained a very long time ago !

I'm guessing that the bike has stood for a while and you wanted to make sure the CCI tank has fresh 2T oil?

I found This Article which might help.

I remember you need to check the alignment marks at full throttle, but not sure how you check the system is working, other than it uses oil and the level in the tank drops as you ride.

I would check on cmsnl for the exploded views, there may be a filter on the oil feed line.

I presume you have flushed the tank of crap etc and it clean inside, also the cap "vent"........

pics of your 2t oil pump would help here........there may be a "bleed screw" on the oil pump....so no air bubbles in the main feed to the pump..........also there may be a "blank plug" cross drive screw/bolt in the carb body where the carb throttle slide lives, and when removed ( the blanking pug ) and the throttle open'd, a round mark visible thru the blanking plug hole..........this central and line the marks up on the oil pump "lever"........

if some premix is used, and the pump blead, and the the engine run at idle with the pump set to max oil delivery, you will see the oil going to the variouse pipes and bubbles........run till all ( ALL ) bubbles are gone.

it may ( will ) produce clouds of smoke as a lot of oil will be in the "engine" ( remember the gearbox oil is different and separate from the "engine oil " ) but once blead and purged, you can go back to the posiforce only oil system.

pics would help

in the manual there well may be a "pumped quantity" figure to test to. ie 10cc of 2t oil at 1200rpm in 10 mins.......this is a figure to show the principle abd is only a quess, so check the manual or enguire of suzi gb.

Attached is a picture of the oil tank I changed the oil in . I just loosened the bolt under it and drained the old oil. Where would the pump be located to see if I need to adjust it. While restoring the bike I prob put 60-100 kilometres on the bike riding around the yard I would think the posi force injection system should of been working as it didn't seize. I actually removed the oil take to paint it as it was a bit rough. It is now registered and insured so hopefully I didn't disturb anything to stop the posi force from working.

the tank should have a clearish plastic window to show low oil level......

the 2t oil pump may be by the eng sprocket under a tin cover, but follow the pipes and the oil pump cable .

a pic of the oil pump and carb may help.
