Hi,
The past two times I have been out, something new is happening to the back brake.
When I hover my foot over it (like my foot is in neutral position over the brake), it gives me feedback- like its tapping up onto the sole of my foot.
I don't think its effecting the brake as such, its just strange that its started happening.
Does anyone know what that might be?
Thanks,

Morgn.
PS. It's a Cagiva Raptor 125 if that has any bearing on it.

Could be dust in the drum if you're lucky.
Whip the wheel off and inspect/clean it out
while pricing up new shoes just in case.

Edit:
just googled a cagiva raptor 125 and it looks like its disc not drum
so this could be due to a warped disc.
Wheel in air, spin and inspect for run out

Thanks guys,

Yeah it pulses,
Do you think I should leave it to the professionals, or is this something most people can do?

If you to have to ask, then this suggests getting someone
with suitable experience to have a look.
This means paying a garage if you don't know anyone personally

Its quite straight forward really
With the wheel off the ground in neutral
you spin the back wheel while watching the disc
The disc should spin inside the caliper without any side to side movement
or undue grabbing.
If you see the disc move towards one side then the other, its warped

Your foot shouldn't be over the brake unless you are using it, it should be out to the side.
