TL:DR
As Siggi once said: life is about pleasure and experiencing as much as possible, my signature reflects this and I don't want to die thinking I wish I'd.....
So I've been working hard to compile AND complete my bucket lists.
I completed my 1st bucket list at the age of 28.
I completed my 2nd bucket list at the age of 32.
I completed my 3rd bucket list yesterday.
I'm now at a loss of what to do next and need some things to aim for therefore what is on your bucket list completed and uncompleted items so I can get some inspiration for my 4th bucket list. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. The goal isn't to live forever, the goal is to create something that will. In the end, your life will flash before your eyes. Make sure it is worth watching. |

I must be really boring, I have not got a bucket list. I had one wish from age about 20, to go in a hot air balloon. After many failed promises by others to fulfil my wish I finally got to do it on my honeymoon in San Diego in 2012
There is nothing else I really want to do or will have regrets on my deathbed that I never did. I am just happy living the life I do with my best friend beside me all the way (my husband). |

I'd happy with a 100mph lap on a litre bike - but it seems just hitting dead on 100mph wouldn't even qualify you riding an SV650, which is why I commented . |

I have low goals in life that are easily achievable.
The only real goal in life is to expand my bucket collection.

I've not created a bucket list as such but there are things I would like to do before shuffling off. I have already achieved one of them; passing the bike test and riding a bike. It's been just over 2 months since I passed my test and I'm still grinning about it .
I would also like to visit Iceland (not the prawn ring kind) and Russia. They are do-able but I haven't yet got the cash. My fantasy item would be to go to the Marianas Trench, more people have visited the Moon than been there. ____________________ Ooooh Matron!

I just do things as and when I feel like it.
I wanted to learn to fly an aeroplane, and ended up as an instructor with 1000 hours, and flew in a couple of aerobatics competitions, before I lost interest.
In the mean time I tried kayaking, got good enough to paddle grade 4 in the pyranees in May, got a level 1 instructor ticket, but then slipped a disk in my back. Kayaks have now been sold
I then decided I should try steam trains. I'm now a qualified fireman at a couple of steam railways
In between, I've had numerous things I tried but didn't like. Scuba Diving (Diving in 5m vis in the North Sea scares the shit out of me, but I tried it), Motorbikes, (only been doing it a year, but seems interesting) Rock Climbing (Scared of heights over 15m)
I've managed this without a list. Just a willingness to crack on and try stuff, and not be too bothered if I fail ____________________ Fisty: after polishing the tank with the glistenng beads of sweat from my full hot scrotum, I filled the headrace bearings with 10cc of my manmilk |

Got my next plans lined up, which hopefully will start new chapters in my biking and fell walking, beyond that I'm not really looking. That will be enough for me. Although I do still aim to tour a bit further afield when I can (only thinking Europe, I like tarmac), maybe a track day but not that bothered, cos I'm scared I'll like it and it'll get expensive.
Pointless me having a big list, cos I'm never going to have the means to do a lot of fancy stuff, and state of health/fitness precludes a lot of things I would have liked to have tried. ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017
