Problem;

Henson 110 Quad, New battery, New CDI, New plug, lead and coil - Still no spark. Engine turning no problem but not firing - Any suggestion?????

Change due to seeing your post (it came up tiny on my phone).

Best thing I can suggest is find a wiring diagram, isolate the part of the diagram you need, then work from that.

Have you changed the plug cap? Some have a resistor and stop spark when they go bad.

Your CDI, does it have red/black, blue.black, black/white, green and yellow?

If so, green to earth, yellow to coil, blue and red to stator, white/black leave disconnected. Ground it to kill the spark.

Assuming the new stuff is AOK
I'd start by disconnecting the kill switch wire from the cdi and test the pulser coils

Found this for a Hensim 150cc and assuming they don't vary much
in wiring
would disconnect the black/white in case the kill switch is shorting to ground
and then measure the resistance between both the
black/red then blue/white to ground.
I'll guess at circa 300 ohms? as its an AC CDI
If its say 2 ohms or Megaohms then it may be knackered
followed by an AC voltage check when the engine is being cranked
again guess at say 100VAC?

EDIT:
Just noticed the diagram, has test resistances and voltages
at the top so there ya go !

Agree, I once had to sort out a Honda quad the kids had got at
It looked like the wee feckers has been chewing the wires
and any bike in the toy/fun dept is often cruelly abused.
