Is there much work involved in changing from a three bolt silencer to a slip on with link pipe?

You will have to undo at least 3 bolts...

I did mine, cut with angle grinder and use a 52mm slip on with exhaust clamp.

Really? Who'd have guessed?

Thanks Minty, presumably I use the link pipe to judge where to cut?

If it's a Hyosung, you will have to drill out at least 3 bolts.

I mention this to illustrate that taking 10 seconds to specify make and model can be a good investment.

I put the can I had bought into it's clamp and when it was in the position I liked, draw a line on the pipe with a sharpie (was able to push it the couple of inches to the side that was needed.

Then added around an inch extra past the sharpie line to slip into the exhaust. Was really no bother at all.

Reminds me, whatever happened to Craigs23? T'was him I bought the can off? Maybe he polished himself into a coma??

Overcome by T-Cut fumes in the garage.
