First crash

So......., I managed to come off the bike for the first time today.
Luckily i was only going slow, thought i was still on the gravel of the car park but alas......it was mud and over i went.
Sprained my wrist quite well and have a small bruise on my hip from a stone, but otherwise im ok.

I know......stoopid noob rider........
let the ridicule commence.

Don't worry you're not retarded, it was just one mistake.

I've managed to fall off 4 times in the last 3 or 4 months two of those were lucky to have not been serious too. Granted, it wasn't on my personal bike, but still!

Next time the bike is down like that, turn the bars the other way before trying to pick it up. Makes it easier for some reason that I can't remember.
