Hello I have been trying to get my bike running

Anyway the Issue is related the the air flow

the bike only runs without the engine cover that goes over the carb.

anyway with a little research turn out some air vent pipe or something is not correctly fitted on my bike.

I have taken a picture from another bike and circled the pipe I am not sure about. I need to know where this pipe leads it has a metal bit on the other end of it.

The Orange Pipe on the Right looks like an overflow to me, it shouldn't be connected to anything.

Get a manual, Strip the carb completely clean it with carb cleaner making sure ALL the jets (Brass things with tiny holes) are Clear, Put it back together, WITH the air filter.

The brown pipe shown looks to be the float chamber vent pipe. Its job is to allow fuel to safely escape to a safe place if the bike is on its side. There might be a pipe missing for the float overflow on the bottom of the carb as well. These wont cause your problems unless they are blocked.
Have you tried stripping down and cleaning the carb without fiddling with the adjustments?
Its a 2T so look for air leaks from the crankcase/carb where air is not coming from the carb.

It's not an over flow pipe, From what i know it's a vacuum or some air vent, I have found a small hole that goes into the crank case exactly where the pipe ends up.

2 stroke crankcases have to be airtight or the piston wont be able to suck in any air/fuel through the carb and I doubt its an autolube system. If it is the float chamber vent on the top of the carb and you connect it to the gearbox vent you could potentially be filling your gearbox with petrol.
I think an overflow pipe should also be connected to the nipple on the bottom of the carb next to the brass drain screw. If the float valve sticks or is not set correctly fuel will leak out of that bit.
These overflow or vent pipes don't usually go anywhere apart from down the side of the gearbox out of harms way.
Of course I might be completely wrong but try searching for an online copy of the Haynes or Suzuki service manual and find out. Smile

In reponse to one poster. It is an autolube system and the feed is directly behind the fuel inlet pipe on the left.

Strip carb, quite likely to be blocked esp the main jet
