Seating the Bead on a Seated Tyre

Whilst fitting my tyre, I noticed that the bead didn't quite seat properly in one tiny area. Foamy water produces bubbles from that area.

Am I best breaking the bead and inflating the tyre or is there something else I should do?

While inflating it bounce the tyre, and after go for a spin round the block to seat it.

Bandit was leaking on the bead slightly, ride round the block, problem fixed.

Best to break the bead all of the way round and to use some diluted washing up liquid (if no tyre soap available) and swab therim and the bead of the tyre -then reinflate it to 50 psi

I bounce mine as I inflate them, always seems to set them properly. There is usually a line around the edge of the bead that should be an equal distance from the rim all the way round. More pressure and/or some bouncing should do it.
