Okay, so I've searched high and low and can't easily spot the flasher relay which I need to swap out! I saw on another thread someone reckoned on the newer models they were located between the tool box and rear lights but that ain't the case!
Anyone able to point me to its location and what needs to come off to access it? It's a 2001 Foxeye.

According to this it's on the left side of the bike, possibly around the seat area. |

Thanks pal. I had a look in that area and just couldn't see it? It's most likely there but needs removal of faring and fuel tank I suspect! Trouble is, it's cold and windy outside and I don't wanna go removing things wastefully
If I can establish exactly here it is and what I need to remove I'm pretty sure I can get it done as quick as possible and with as little ill health to my wimpy self ____________________ IN THE GARAGE: 2001 Fox Eye Honda NSR125R, 2004 Subaru Legacy GT Spec-B, 2013 Ford S-Max 2.0 Titanium X Sport |

IF it helps identifying it its a 2 prong relay with prongs positioned in a L shape..... Shouldn't be to far from the battery ____________________ Theory 11-10-12 lets hope i get mod 1 and 2 done by the 18th of jan 2013 |

Not there! See picture below. I had the faring undone, seat off, tank off, air filter housing off and could find nothing remotely like the relay I'm looking for.

Well now, whilst I had everything off looking where it's supposed to be (on the left side) I looked behind the rear light cluster and I found what appears to be the flasher relay. However, looks like a botch job with a universal unit, which doesn't help me as I have an OEM relay to replace it with??

Reason I'm wanting to replace is because, in cold weather, the indicators take some time to start working. Fine once they've been started and after warmed up or in warmer weather. All connections are good/tight/water resistant so I'm down to the last thing being the relay on it's way out.
I really do hate it when I find that things have been replaced with cheap after market parts! I've always been of the opinion that spend the money at the start and things will work better for longer! ____________________ IN THE GARAGE: 2001 Fox Eye Honda NSR125R, 2004 Subaru Legacy GT Spec-B, 2013 Ford S-Max 2.0 Titanium X Sport |

The problem is that it makes no sense to butcher something like this just to save a few pennies! Also the fact I've now gotta faff around with wiring......which is not really my strong point! Give me mechanical stuff fine, electrical and I turn all girly ____________________ IN THE GARAGE: 2001 Fox Eye Honda NSR125R, 2004 Subaru Legacy GT Spec-B, 2013 Ford S-Max 2.0 Titanium X Sport |
