Hi guys, I would like to fit a centre stand on my r125 so that I can work on it without having to store a bike jack. It will also make things such as inspection of oil level etc easier and possible when I'm not close to home. Is possible and do you think it's a good idea? Pardon my ignorance but is this a common thing that people would do to a commuter bike with just a side stand?

I would have thought that if anyone does one, it would be SW-Motech - but they don't list your model.

It could be that the frame doesn't have the necessary mounting points for a centre stand - but try checking with a main dealer if nobody comes back with a definitive answer..

Bobbins & Paddock stand (or universal paddock stand).

Abba stand. Pricey but great for what you need. I have one and love it. Rear wheel sits up very high though!

OK, I see. I think I'll have to buy a stand. I had one but it didn't fit my previous bike so a friend benefited from a brand new stand. I'll probably go for an abba stand if it's not more expensive than front+rear stands.

Just buy bobbins and a rear stand, sports bikes don't have anywhere to attach a centre stand too as the fairings often come down past the rearsets.
