peugeot speedfight i need help please

Got a problem with bike, jobs done so far to eliminate the problem, carb cleaned, fuel tank emptied new fuel and new vacuum pump and pipes fitted , new coil ,cap and plug and still the problem that some times the bike will run fine but then it starts missing the miss seems to be a chuffing noise and appears to be at the cylinder headmanifold gasket joint has any body any ideas what the problem may be because im at a loss.

if its only when its warmed up, could it be the choke?
if its stuck on then itl richen the mixture and make it run crappy after a few mins

it seems to be ok on start up from cold choke runs then cuts out but i suppose it could be cutting in again thanks will try it.

well put new electric choke in and its just as bad just dont know where to look
