Needs to be of clamp on/bolt on fitment and have an ID of 55mm.

I can't seem to find anything suitable - any suggestions? Confused

Baotian BT49QT-20C.

However, the only standard bits of the motor are the crankcases - the carb is a Stage 6 version of a 30mm Keihin PWK flatslide.

Would ideally like it to be around 50-70mm long. Not going for a performance gain, I simply plan to run no filter & this moves the air intake out of the path of all the crap getting flung off the back wheel. Also makes the carb throat easily chokeable by hand as the carb has a non cable operated choke that isn't very easily acessable.

On my shite-ped I just used part of the tube from the old airbox - carb to do this, cut it down a fair bit, attached to carb and angled upward away from back wheel. If your old tube is too narrow for the new carb you could get similar results with any old bit of plastic tube the right diameter.

Unfourtunately the ones linked are suitable for the two bolt Dellorto/Weber style carbs rather than the grub screw bolt on style I'd need - My carb doesn't have the two mounting points.

OOracing seem to go up to 50mm, but I cant seem to find anyone making anything that'll fit the monster carb Laughing

55mm is an odd size compared to what is available. Bodge it with a bit of silicone hose and a cable tie Thumbs Up

Might be good for a blast but running open bellmouths on the road is likely to make the engine eat itself. Still, I guess if they are cheap there's no harm.

Quite likely I would be able to modify the mount of one if you brought it up to me.
