I have owned this bike for around a week now... It has a brand new engine.... Overtime i turn it off there is a LOT of pressure in the coolant container. IT sometimes just bogs out when riding too! I was riding home, the lights began to fade so i went down a gear, it did the same again until i got into neutral and stalled... I have No idea what is wrong! Im thinking it is fuel starvation... Thank you all in advance

Sounds like head gasket failure. Letting the compression of the engine into the cooling system.
Any white smoke when its running?
Does the coolant bubble pretty violently with the cap off when its running?

There is a little bit of smoke when first started, but then instantly after ten seconds goes to no smoke and sounds normal! When stopped I hear the gas coming from the coolant case

Almost certainly head gasket.

Check the oil - often when a head gasket fails, water can find it's way into the oil as well.
