Please film it.

I don't think filming it will help. The knife will cut the film, but not the glass.

Glass is a bitch to cut in anything but straight lines without specialist gear. I'm a tiler (amongst other things)
and find cutting glass tiles a pain in the butt, and that's with a wet tile cutter with a diamond blade.
50/50 success rate, and that's with a LOT of practice. Just buy new mirrors, I just had a look and they
are so much cheaper than I was expecting them to be. For instance, a new door mirror glass for my car
is over £200 from the main dealer Shocked , just the glass, nothing else. Oh and glass shops are usually a bit
overpriced I've found. even if you could find someone to do it, I doubt you'd save much cash.

Worth a try I suppose, I use a boggo SHAW glass cutter when I do use one, although I've heard oil filled cutters
are easier for beginners to get to grips with. Question

I cut a mirror glass for a GSXR250/400 once because I couldn't find one. It was a real trial and took several attempts before I got one fitted without breaking it. That was only achieved by cutting it small and fitting it with RTV. It's only a small lip that holds them in but I found they would either not fit/break when fitting or rattle once fitted (hence the RTV). I also found it looked odd compared to the opposite mirror, possibly because of the flat glass I used. I wouldn't attempt it again.

I would probably use acrylic mirror sheet.

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/141544562914

However it will not be rigidly flat like glass, distortions could affect perception of distance.

Assuming you have it somewhat near to size, stained glass hobbyists use carborundum grinding stones to shape their pieces and I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work for you. It's a very slow process though.

Is this something you've tried yourself? Cutting a piece of glass to this shape I mean?

Why would I, it's clearly impossible. Very Happy
