EXUP valve bushes

So... Yamaha FZR400RR

Anyone know where i can get some bushes measuring ID 10mm x OD 17mm x 7mm made (Preferably Brass or something similar)?
Either mail order or North East

I need 2 making but the bushes from Yamaha are typical OEM prices and i'd rather try somewhere else first...

Anyone else been had any experiences with EXUP bushes remove and install too?

But when I needed some I made my ones from phospher-bronze.

But my ones were for my Exup 1000 so I am not sure what size you might need.If you measure up the outside diameter of the shaft it may well be that they are the same size as for the 1000.

When I serviced the valve on my R1 there was a plate on the far side of the vane housing which could be removed so as to drift out the worn bush

On my Exup1000 the hole is blind so is almost impossible to remove that bush.I ended up drilling a hole and using a blanking screw to seal it after I had replaced the bush

Only one I made was from silver steel. No point using yellow metal in that environment I think, there's nothing to lubricate. I'd choose hard over self-lubricating.

Blanked off on one side :/ Can see i'm gonna have to fork out for some OEM ones at some point just to make sure they're right and seeing as it's a PITA to replace them too. I might leave it until next time it's off the road and add it to the list, Can put up with the little rattle for a while i suppose.

Bit of a bad design from Yamaha. Still, every bike has bad design features ehh?

EDIT: looking at your photo, i think the bush came out on the valve, Is that photo with the bush removed?
