So the Girlfriends little kawaka needs new hoops, the front IRC roadwinner is cracking and the rear Pilot sporty is so square she barely needs the sidestand
The choices from my local bike dealer are..
Michelin Pilot Street Radial
Avon Road rider
And the venerable Bridgestone BT45
She rids at a steady pace and doesn't like to lean the bike over that far (I'm hopeful that a matched pair of confidence inspiring tyres can help here), wants good all weather grip for commuting (so that's the avon out) and long life.
I'm stuck for which to recommend. Never used any of these tyres myself but have heard good things about the BT45, then again Michelin are usually good/great and radial has to be better than bias ply doesn't it??
If it helps they are.

Can't speak for the others, but loved the BT45s on my CB500, I found them quite confidence boosting. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

They're a good idea, tad pricey though, I've been quoted £155 fitted for the Michelin's and £170 for the others at the local Triumph dealer no less... Must double check that it is the Radial version they got a price for.
The Girlfriend though, bless, she got confused and has made a decision. "I'm taking it back to Kawasaki and will see what they recommend"
They will probably sell her a pair of Roadwinners that have been on the shelf as nobody else will buy them, for more than the quotes I got. |

All I'd give Oponeo is a from my experience with them. I paid extra for next day delivery, tyre didn't show up until 4 days later and I then received a shitty email in response to my rather polite one asking where my tyre was. Poorest customer service I've ever experienced.
As for the OP's question. I've found the BT 45's to be a decent all rounder. ____________________ There ain't no devil, there's just god when he's drunk.

Sava/Mitas MC50. They can be had in the correct 110 and 130 sizes.
By far the best tyres I've used on smaller capacity bikes.
They will most likely be the cheapest too. Should be able to get a pair, fitted for around the £100 mark. ____________________ Suzuki GT250 x7------- Fazer 600------CB250RS------Aprilia Rally 70----- Bandit 600
