Indeed, but I'd be somewhat concerned about receiving a NOS 25kW kit.
It's the SUPER TOTES OFFISHAL CERTIFKIT that'll matter in most cases, I'd concentrate on getting one of those. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Yes. It'll be a bloke in a shed drilling holes in washers and saying "Eh, near enough". For a while he was selling 35kW kits for the early GSX-R600 because of that God damn sperg on wikipedia who keeps editing the article to obfuscate that the 70kW figure is tested rear wheel power. In other words, he didn't actually bother to read the source for that power claim which is illustrative of his thoroughness.
