Restricting a VFR400 to 47bhp?

I am looking into the VFR400 nc30 for my next bike on the A2 licence (47bhp limit).

However the only resrictor kits I can find are for 33bhp. if I was to take the bike to a garage, would they be able to restrict it to 47bhp approx?

If yes, how would they go about getting the kit, are they universal?

Indeed, but I'd be somewhat concerned about receiving a NOS 25kW kit.

It's the SUPER TOTES OFFISHAL CERTIFKIT that'll matter in most cases, I'd concentrate on getting one of those.

Hmm Isn't that the same company I sent you a message about before, also I thought there was actual no "official representing body" for the certificate or has that changed now Question

Yes. It'll be a bloke in a shed drilling holes in washers and saying "Eh, near enough". For a while he was selling 35kW kits for the early GSX-R600 because of that God damn sperg on wikipedia who keeps editing the article to obfuscate that the 70kW figure is tested rear wheel power. In other words, he didn't actually bother to read the source for that power claim which is illustrative of his thoroughness.

There isn't, I was not being SUPER CEREAL. Any credible looking PaddyCerttm will have much the same effect.
