I'd have hit him hard. Doesn't matter if he was on the floor or not. That motorcyclist showed admirable restraint.

Traditional Chinese martial artists are taught, that if someone hits you, you hit them back ten times. If someone breaks your arm, you kill them. Obviously that doesn't work in a world of litigation, zero tolerance, Tony Martin and 'reasonable force' but if someone attacks my girlfriend and punches me in the face, they'd better expect something worse than being pinned to the floor.

A gang of four of us.......all workmates..... shit ourselves once when this very nasty looking bloke got out of his car to see what our drivers problem was, (he'd shouted some abuse out of the window). We all lost our blokey bravado and kept quiet and stared dead ahead, making sure not to get eye contact with this bloke Him was well nasty, and I've seen nasty before

Stabbing to death a 79 year old bloke won't go down well in court...he's going down big time
