I thought the old man might've gone into cardiac arrest or something, looks to have mental health issues, I think I'd have let him up when he started looking like Gollum personally.

Fair play to the motorcyclist for the way he handled it!

I'm normally very relaxed and don't like conflict but can't say I could have been that controlled in that situation. Maybe knowing he had video evidence helped.

Stupid old bar steward. Got to agree with bike when he says someone of his age should know better Very Happy

What's with the sitting on the bike though? Either ride off or get off, don't wait to get chinned.

<BodyGuard>Last time I was really aggressively tailgated, I stopped, went into neutral, got the stand down and was off the bike before you could say "Do-you-want-some-then?"</BodyGuard>

Sadly / fortunately, tailgater was a bleary eyed geriatric who nearly burst into tears when I asked him loudly if he was interested in the bike, that he was driving so close? Proud moments, proud moments.

I'd have hit him hard. Doesn't matter if he was on the floor or not. That motorcyclist showed admirable restraint.

Traditional Chinese martial artists are taught, that if someone hits you, you hit them back ten times. If someone breaks your arm, you kill them. Obviously that doesn't work in a world of litigation, zero tolerance, Tony Martin and 'reasonable force' but if someone attacks my girlfriend and punches me in the face, they'd better expect something worse than being pinned to the floor.

Shaolin Kung Fu and Wu Shu are not representative of true Chinese Martial Arts. Neither is the majority of the Hung Gar, Wing Chun, Southern Mantis and other southern styles. But they seem to be the ones which you see on TV and youtube.

Wow, I would have kicked his ass, if he handled my girlfriend like that.
