Right, because the current laws on smoking in commercial vehicles have been so rigorously enforced. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

So, I can't smoke, but can still let eggy hummers rip when children are present in the car. Cool. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.

Illegal:
for a person of any age to smoke in a private vehicle that is carrying someone who is under 18
for a driver (including a provisional driver) not to stop someone smoking in these circumstances
Does private mean work or personal? So if someone is driving their daughter home from school and chooses to smoke in their own car, any other driver who witnesses this is obliged by law to stop them? Please tell me i'm just having a spaz attack and woefully misinterpreted this.
If not, those dickhead sherriff of the road motovloggers are gonna have a field day. ____________________ '13 Honda CBF125 // '99 Suzuki SV650s // '98 Honda CB600F Hornet |

No, it means that drivers are obligated to stop anyone smoking in the car that they're driving. I'm not entirely sure how holding the wheel confers any particular superpower to do so - perhaps it's like a ship captain. Can I also perform marriages? Hang mutineers?
| hedgehugger wrote: | If you are 17 and solo in your vehicle you can smoke freely.
If you are 17 and have a friend, and are both smoking in your private vehicle then it becomes illegal? |
Either of you. Regardless of the age of the friend.
A 17 year old sole driver can smoke.
A 71 year old sole driver can smoke.
If both of them are in the same car, then neither can smoke.
Unless it's an e-cigarette. Of course, if you do get tugged for that because Dibble thinks its real then you'll just get done for 'not in control' anyway so that they don't have to admit to poor obs. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

Stupid rule, but I mean that purely from the enforcement point of view.
They can't enforce the phone rule at the moment so what chance this.
It says this does not apply to e-cigarettes. Some e-cigarettes look just like ordinary fags from a distance.
Back seats of cars with blacked windows.
Totally unenforceable. ____________________ Triumph Trophy Launch Edition |
