running on one cylinder when hot

so i might swap my nc30 for an sv650 k6

but here's the annoyance, like the title says, it does that, the rear cylinder is the one that cuts out, the owner says he's had the coils changed, plugs changed and the tps changed, but that's not sorted it out, so wtf could it be?

Well if there is a weak mixture then it will get hot.
If it has a weak injector then swap to feed another cylinder and see if the fault follows the injector.

it's strange, he says it comes on (FI light) when it starts to get warmed up after ten mins and thats when the cylinder drops out aswell
