Chinese Fairings Question

Thinking about buying a set (this set to be specific).

Realistically how much would I get charged with import costs if it's pulled up in customs?

Anyone used this specific supplier? Slightly cheaper than anywhere else on eBay for this specific design on the fairings, IIRC the next cheapest is like £250 for the same set. I don't mind spending more if they've got a decent reputation.

Also how's everyone's experience been with Chinese fairings? From what I can gather they seem to be decent for the money.

I bought a set that were £213, then had to pay £17 customs.

They weren't amazing, I tried to get some money refunded because they didn't fit right and needed modification, but they refused so I claimed the whole thing back on credit card.

Same shape as my 750Y model, bought china ones, fitted spot on, 1 hole had a 2mm difference but was for the screen, quick drill and it was fine.

Did claim back half the money for a crack in the plastic, so £150. No import fees or anything.

A friend bought a set for his Aprilia for when he was using it as a track bike. He had to do a few minor adjustments but they weren't too bad at all.

The plastic wasn't as pliable as the OEM and I suspect it would shatter if he had chucked it down the track but on the other hand I thought it looked better than the original with his racing colour scheme.

Not sure about the fairings but I imported a set of cans from America for the R1 which the guy very kindly marked as a total cost of £220 on the invoice so I didn't get pounded on import fees.

Cost me £85 when I picked the package up from the depot. All depends on the goods and the class it falls under.

Ring up customs and excise if you want to know, tell them what it is and where it's coming from and they will tell you how much it will cost.

Panels are thin, as is the paint. But when a '99 fireblade looks like this after adding a set, who cares for the money. Bagster cover is a temporary solution to the differing colour of the tank.

Paint on my 250rr set is very thin and in places quite easily scratched, but nowhere noticeable yet. Other than that, the paint is good only one small defect that I dont care about. Mine are gloss black, therefore very easy to touch up/respray.

Plastics are great, good quality and fit but could have done with some prep before paint (almost none, you can see flash from the injection molding)
