Hi, I recently rescued this bike from a breakers. I stripped it and have rebuilt her. When fired up she runs at about 5k and is very reluctant to settle down, when it does tickover it starts to climb again. I did not strip the carbs except for removing the tops and bowls and gave them a clean out with carb cleaner. The cables are not snagging, it returns to the stop freely. I have heard rumours that gt's are known for this. ____________________ Bugsy64 |
