Hi all- have a sinnis vista - great bike until it cut out, now I can't get a spark
Changed coil - CID and regulator, tested plug but still nothing?

Before anything else, what position is your killswitch in?

Do you have a multimeter? You can get one for £5 and it's a lot, lot cheaper than replacing parts and hoping for the best.

Things to check with it:

Fuse(s).
Main earth point.
Side stand cut-out switch.
Kill switch.

Thanks, what voltage should be coming from stator?

Anywhere between 15 and a billion.

However, I'd urge you to rule out the basics. If you have a charged battery that's spinning the engine strongly, you should get a spark regardless of what the stator is producing.
