To fix the unintentional throttle movement, find the manual and check where the throttle cable should be routed.
I've been there, the rising idle, you can either get it warmed up and try to get the idle as slow as you can. If you can't do that, it's time for the carbs to be pulled out of the bike and checked. What motorcycle are we talking about? The GPz I had a problem with, had one ''idle screw'' and from that there was this linkage rod, with a wheel on the end, so I could fiddle with the idle. The linkage was old and well, not working really, I took the tank off, and put the ''modern'' cable there to fiddle with the idle. Worked like a charm.
Or you can just take the tank off, warm up the engine properly, set the idle with the screw/bolt right on the carbs (there's always one screw/bolt to fiddle with). On a in-line four cylinder, the idle screw/bolt is mostly between the 2nd and the 3rd carb. Near the throttle cable.
