How very American. Theres probably a law against it though, if not then it will still get you unnecessary attention
from plod I reckon. How do you know it won't scare the dog half to death? ____________________ Currently enjoying products from Ford, Mazda and Yamaha

Yes, they do. Legally it's fine as long as the dog is secure and can't interfere with your operation of the machine. My dog goes in a special tank bag rather than a rack mounted box - mainly because that way I can talk to him and check how he's doing, and he can see me or look out of the screen. If he was on the back I'd be stopping every few minutes to check on him. Obviously a big dog would have to sit on the back as your arms won't reach around him.
Ours is quite happy out on the bike, as we're always off doing something interesting when we go. He jumps up to help get him into the bag. As we ride he'll look at me, look at the road, or curl up and sleep. |

Having a rottweiler in a trailer behind your rat bike can attract the attention of the police, especially if they've got TV cameras with them that day. |

Why does she need to be secured? Can't she hold on to the grab rail like other women do? If not, leave her at home or get a prettier girlfriend ____________________ Chickenystripgeezer's Biking Life (Latest update 19/10/18) Belgium, France, Italy, Austria tour 2016 Picos de Europa, Pyrenees and French Alps tour 2017 Scotland Trip 1, now with BONUS FEATURE edit, 5/10/19, on page 2 Scotland Trip 2 Luxembourg, Black Forest, Switzerland, Vosges Trip 2017
