Need a 35mm OD by 32mm long brake piston kit, the only ones i can find are the boot kind, the one on the bike is grimeca
calliper with the two seals and no boot.

So does anybody know where i can get one or an alternative.

I cant find any for the bike and the dealers want me to buy the whole calliper for £180 even though i just need the piston and seals

Its for a 2005 aprilia mx 125, any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world to make up on a lathe.

Know any machinists?

I should be able to find one that can make it but what about the seals as the ones on the bike just piss fluid everywhere when i try to bleed it.

They should sell you the seals separately, but Aprilia only sell the pistons as an assembly with the calliper, thats why they are quoting you for a new calliper. If you ask for just the seals it shouldn't be an issue.

How bad are the pistons you have, would they clean up?

The piston isn't that bad its just a bit worn out an i don't want to buy new seals and fit them to a worn out piston to find out they start leaking.
