No never seen it.
The story does mention that she died when the bike she was a passenger on swerved and was hit by another biker following too closely and going too fast though. ____________________ Yamaha FZR400RR 3tj

A year of no driving, 4 weeks unpaid litter picking and 4 months custody (suspended) is likely to be career ending or at least limiting.
Before we string up the driver, let's be clear that there were two bikes involved, and that the collision was between them, not with the car. The other biker was held equally culpable. Whether they were really riding "erratically" is neither here nor there: they were demonstrably riding too close to react.
This is why I don't particularly like riding with other bikes. It's far too easy to get caught up in playing chase, or in paying too much attention to what the other chap is doing rather than to your own riding. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

True but the incident with the car was a close call, the bike had time to avoid an accident. It would have probably only resulting in a bit of name calling and finger waving if the other bike hadn't of taken them out.
Both at fault which is why they've both been sentenced, the bike in front could have slammed on its brakes for any number of reasons and it would have still resulted in the same outcome of being hit by the other bike. Just as easily the car could have actually hit the bike when changing lanes and been solely at fault. ____________________ Yamaha FZR400RR 3tj
