I just got one quote for the ER 6F fully comp for only £10,004.
Two different comparison sites completed with the same details gave up over £100 difference to insure with the same company. ____________________ There ain't no devil, there's just god when he's drunk.

Carole Nash put up a slightly more expensive quote when I went on-line to see if I could make the renewal cheaper for the XR and the KTM.But no matter what I changed it came out £6 over.
The last page of the on-line quote came up with the option to change the excess from the £100 I had specified,so I tried £50 and clicked on 'recalculate',only for the quote to not change. So then I tried £0,no difference and then the opposite,by selecting £1000 excess. But again,no difference in the quote.

With home insurance a couple of years ago I discovered that increasing the total value of contents to be insured reduced the quote until going slightly over £100k. |

Just had a go at playing around with the excess, made no difference for me , just filtered out some quotes.
MCE are still the cheapest, not much in it with TP F&T, but TPO they're £60 cheaper (£208). I hate MCE with a passion, but if I keep the MT-03 it might have to be them |
