While you're banging on about that subject can one of you please "sell me" a PC (decent spec) ... which doesn't sound like the planes down at City Airport taking off.
Siggi gave me an old laptop for authoring on, but I'm not a fan of the hunching-over one has do to.
I was gonna start a thread in the Geek Zone about this very subject, but look at this, here you all are congregated in the same thread anyway. ____________________ Not nearly as interesting in real life. |

I believe the word would be "comfortable" (somewhere between 300-500 notes I suppose).
But yes, predominantly it's for word processing, editing (on-screen) as well as the traditional type of communicating, listening to music and general internetting. Anything I suppose that includes a webcam, perhaps going back to having a bigger screen too, with integral speakers - cos I get annoyed at these ones falling off the desk all the time.
I just hate feeling like a sitting duck when I walk into PC World ____________________ Not nearly as interesting in real life. |

I do do my job for the love of it, you'll just have to cross my palm with a shedload of silver to get me to go back to commuting to the shitehole that is London. ____________________ Chances are quite high you are not in my Monkeysphere, and I don't care about you. Don't take it personally.
