been offered a set of wheels for my car

only thing is they are two inches bigger then standard

should they fit or not without having to have spacers etc
there looks to be good clearance round wheels at the moment

No point changing. You'll have increased tyre prices and you may need spacers depending on what car they came from. The ride will be quite different also.

More important questions - Are they same:
PCD
Centre Bore
Offset
Width

More info required.

If they are the right wheels for the car, then the bigger diameter isn't a problem, you fit lower profile tyres to make the overall diameter the same.

However, as others have, there are a lot more variables than just rim diameter to make wheels fit. Also low profile tyres tend to give a harsher ride and can lose grip in a less predictable way. More sidewall = more flex, which is useful in keeping the contact patch the same size on mac struts.

See if you can find a set on ebay and post the link, from there people will know what wheels you're talking about and can hopefully find the relevant info.

Same PCD and CB, likely different offset - looks like it can vary heavily on the 206 by model type / year

1.6 and 1.9 GTi alloys are also different, so which are they?

1.6 wheels:

1.9 wheels:

Was the 1.9 wheels but sold to someone else

Not a major loss just as they were cheap with good tyres would of had them

Would of blinged the pug up a bit
