Not sure if this is old news, and didn't know where to put it, but for those who are into their outdoorsy stuff, Bing Maps has an ordnance survey map layer with full detail. Absolutely amazing, in my opinion!
Just need to have a Microsoft account and log in to access it.

Log in and change layer settings with the buttons on the top right. |

Bing?
There are various OS map apps for Android devices. I quite like 'UK Atlas Free' and there's even an app made by Ordinance Survey themselves.
In summary: fuck Bing. |

Is there a genuine reason you don't like Bing maps, or is it just cool to not like the entirety of Bing as a concept because their search engine isn't as good as Google? |

Also https://www.streetmap.co.uk/. It has 1:50k and 1:25k maps as you zoom in. It's old skool and a bit clunky, but I use it a lot for checking out what's a footpath, bridlepath or byway. No registration or account needed. ____________________
