Is there a specific brand to go for with bearings?

Need to replace some shagged ones on a Bandit 600, Wemoto have these...

If you're going for cheap bearings - find the code on them and order by that. Often get them significantly cheaper.

Just run your mouse over the yellow info sign to the right of the price, that will give you the bearing size, front wheel bearing 17x40x12 and sprocket carrier bearing 25x62x17 , google those sizes and find the price and supplier you want . I generally use these. Thumbs Up

Cheers fellas, I'm not necessarily wanting to prioritise cheapness but think I will go for the Wemoto ones.
I had no clue how bearings were measured or gauged before so cheers for that though. Thumbs Up

If I was looking for good ones, sorry, I'd still take the same route - wemoto quite possibly are pretty cheap ones.

I'd get the code and make sure I was getting decent brand bearings, what ever that may mean Smile

FAG, SKF, Koyo etc etc are all fine.

If they are german, jap or scandi then I'd use them without worrying. I used SKF last time I changed the fronts.

Get the 2RS ones as that is double rubber shielded to help protect against water ingress.

Wemoto are not your fist point of call.

Temeluchus has pointed you to the way of righteousness. Shop around, bearing in mind some bearing factors will try to factor you in the Ahole, if you let on it's for a motorcycle.
