No.
You'll need to pass both modules again, this time on a 395cc+, 20kw - 35kW bike.
And again when you want a full A license, on a 595cc+ 50kW+ bike, either 2 years after you pass A2, or if you skip A2, then when you reach 24.

Mod 1 in particular only costs £15.50 - you might as well have a go. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

If you do the a1 licence now, in 2 years you can go for a2 without needing a theory test. That, and being able to use motorways, removing L plates and carrying a pillion are the benefits of passing the test. If you've done the theory, then why not give it a go as Rogerborg said.
Duplicated oops, but it's not at 19 you can go a2 without redoing theory, it's 2 years from mod2 pass on A1. Then A would be 2 years from A2 pass. ____________________ Some bikes.
