Your assertion that everything is properly connected and tested is clearly incorrect because otherwise the electrics would be working.
Also the time, effort and degree of dismantling it would take to physically check every electrical connection to every componant on a modern motorcycle would mean you would be a competant enough motorcycle electrician to have found and fixed the problem yourself.
So. Basics.
What bike? Make, and model.
What HAVE you checked?
As Janner 10 says, check the main fuse first off.
In general terms, if the bike is completely dead but the fuse is intact andf the battery is charged, first check for continuity between the battery and the ignition switch. Then check the ignition switch, then check for continuity between the ignition switch and the motorcycle componants (on a larger bike, this would usually be a fusebox, on smaller ones, a more direct connection).
You can use a voltmeter or even a simple bulb and holder with two flying leads to perform these checks. Earth one side to the chassis and probe along the circuit from the battery onwards with the other side until you find the point where there is no potential difference where there ought to be one. Your problem is between there and the last place you checked. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. And the main earth connection between the battery and the frame or engine.
The usual question: why did you change the battery? What was wrong with the old one, and what have you done to fix the underlying problem that caused it to go bad? ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
