You are very thin on details. At a minimum make and model eh?
General advice:
Slapping instant gasket on over the top of a leaking gasket face won't work. Or not for long at any rate
So you're looking at taking it apart.
If you're doing that, you may as well do it properly and fit a replacement gasket.
Replacement gaskets can be bought or cut out of appropriate thickness paper/card. Cornflakes packet is traditional. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen. That's when you find out everything you want to know.”

Underneath between dipstick opening to the right slightly , looking around online it's a very common mistake.
Has the bolts from the transmission cover are the same size and on the same sort of level as you are going around.
Only unscrewed it slightly and now I have oil on the floor and you can see drips forming.

I think you'd be unlucky to have damaged the gasket by simply loosening then tightening one of those bolts slightly. Sepecially if it's one of the "top" row of bolts.
I'd give it a wipe along the joint with a rag so you've got rid of any residual oil and see if it's still leaking (pop a bit of tinfoil or card under it). Looks like you've only lost a couple of drops there. ____________________ “Rule one: Always stick around for one more drink. That's when things happen.
