engine just cuts out every time I come to a stop.

The revs just die down to zero, then when I open the throttle, even just a tiny bit, the engine turns itself off. I am keeping the clutch held in completely. When I try to start it back up, I need to hold the power button down for a good 10 seconds or so for the engine to start back up again, otherwise it just struggles, and doesn't start.

I checked the spark plug and it looks fine.

Anyone know what could be the problem? Faulty battery?

This happened straight after a fairly long (120 mile) trip.

If you click into neutral before coming to a stop does it still stall? Clutch not disconnecting drive fully?

Warm start problems are fairly typical, iirc

No idea but probably it would, should be no difference at all between st with clutch in and neutral. I don't like being in neutral because 1. it is hard to find, 2. often it says the green 'N' but it will still pull forwards, and 3. so I have a means of escape.
