Decent LED indicators

Can anyone recommend any? The last pair of indicators I bought fell apart almost immediately. Also I'd like to get as close to these as possible:

Money no object, these ones are the mutts nuts.

Much sturdy, very brightness etc. Still need an LED relay though.

Yamaha do even more expensive ones for the MT-09 range which have additional brake lights built in on the rears and DRLs in the fronts

No SMD ones. I much preferr SMDs.

OP, use normal indicators you like the look of, replace the bulb with SMD ones.

Never understood the fascination with LED indicators must be a weekend warrior thing.

Standard ones will do the job and be much more reliable than cheap aftermarket shite.

Well the bike has them already (along with an LED brake light) but maybe it'll be best going back to standard ones

Anyone recommend any standard indicators then?

Oxford eyeshot, I made my own inline resistors as it worked out cheaper.

They're bright and small, but as with a lot of these things where the rubber moulding meets the screwthread can break, if you overtighten or drop the bike.

I mitigated against that issue by adding an extra nut on the stem.

Indicaors made up with individual LEDs are shit. Why? The lens is moulded on the led. They seem bright but only becuase they are directional. The design is not correct for indicating - being seen from any direction with a large noticable surface area.

The ideal led for indicating is the COB, which do not have a built in lens. Costs about a pound each, but noone yet has put them in a indicator housing... Ive got some but too lazy.

HELP! I bought some LED indicators for an old RD125 LC I'm doing up. it didnt have any so thought I'm to old not to bother these days! ok I bought an LED relay from the same ebay seller but that turned out not to be a bloody LED relay just rather a solid state relay that needed at least a 10W load......anyhow they sent me out one of those adjustable relays that so long as the motor is running I can get a steady flash rate ( god knows how long for tho!) anyhow.. How the hell do I rig up a dash light that shows the indicators are on without flashing all 4? ive removed the current normal bulb and cant find the T5 led wedge bulbs required if thats the fix? I've ordered 3 bulbs from different ebay sellers as the correct type but they always send the side light type. ANY ADVICE GUYS?
