Don't mess with the high tension side of things!
What I'd suggest you look for is an existing kill switch or safety interlock on the bike and wire up an extra hidden switch to that. In the LT wiring yes would work that is how immobilisers work as well as intercepting the feed to the starter relay
as said don't mess with the High Tension side of the coil 15k + volts ____________________ Dave

Those wires you used green arrows to are LT 12v or less yes you can switch
It the thick wire to the plug you must not fiddle with it carries 15,000 to 30,000volts you need a switch that is for that voltage
very complex very expensive and very dangerous HT can jump 15mm in dry air !
A well-made home made immobiliser is good but no replacement for locks and chains ____________________ Dave
