Nope, and are seriously high build quality in the flesh.
I have the 701 supermoto and love it. Husky are really high quality bikes. ____________________ Hing Oan |

It's a KTM. The 401 is made in India and the 701 is supposed to be made in KTM facilities in Austria.
That being said, the ''KTM original'' is slightly more affordable than the ''Husqvarna stickers one''. ____________________ '87 Honda XBR 500, '96 Kawasaki ZX7R P1, '90 Honda CB-1, '88 Kawasaki GPz550, MZ 150 ETZ

I like the look of them personally, but definitely one for people who want to stand out and don't mind that involving some compromises (a bit like the CCM Spitfire). I saw a 401 vitpilen in the flesh at a big dealership and -
a) It's tiny, but still managed to stand out in a dealership full of bikes.
b) Really looks very high quality up close. It has that thing (a bit like MVs) where it seemed like each part had been lovingly designed and isn't just a parts bin special (even though that's exactly what it is, really).
c) It looks incredibly uncomfortable and totally impractical. ____________________ Current - '94 VFR750FR (Dead), '00 VFR800FI, 2011 CBF125 Previous - '10 Street Triple R, '92 MZ ETZ301, '05 TTR250, NSR125R, KMX125, "Honda" Win (chinese copy of an old Honda design with a C90 engine)
