not bikes but watches.

my bronze cased Chinesium watch which im quite fond of has a problem.
one of the holes for the strap pin is either not quite wide enough or not quite deep enough.
after the pin popping out under pressure a few times, there is now a slight channel etched into the bronze. the pin wont stay seated for very long now.
is there an easy way to drill the hole out slightly?

Before you go hacking the watch case around, buy a new spring bar - your local jeweller might have them or you can buy them on eBay or Amazon. They do lose tension and distort over time and a new one will probably put things right.

I was just about to say, it's likely the spring bar that's the issue rather than the case - albeit that hole does look a bit like a Newcastle Lass being passed around a stag do in Benidorm.

Spring bars come in different thicknesses as well as widths. That's a Helmdallr isn't it? 20mm lug width? I might have some spare bars around here somewhere.

See if your dentist can drill it out a little. He is an expert at drilling out stuff with a macroscopic drill.

have tried new spring bars, including genuine Casio. watch is a SKX007 homage. they just ping off under any kind of pressure now

watch is no longer wearable if i cant drill the hole out a bit.

Macroscopic is literally the opposite of microscopic.

Macro lenses make things look big because they are very close, not necessarily because they are magnifying it. They can be wide angle or telephoto. Most of them are actually pretty wide angle.
