Looks like it fulfills the reqt of my 2.1 litre diesel Sprinter van AND my 1.0 L Seat petrol car!
If so I can but this one can for both and few litres left for top-ups.

Time for yet another oil debate
I wouldn't worry so much with older vehicles as long as the weight's correct. The sales blurb says it's for all modern diesel and petrol engines but I suspect they are assuming the engine's already "broken in". ____________________ Royal Enfield Continental GT 535, Husqvarna Vitpilen 401, Yamaha XSR700, Honda Rebel, Yamaha DT175, Suzuki SV650 (loan) Fazer 600, Keeway Superlight 125, 50cc turd scooter |

Normally I'd not bother.. but on the Seat and the MB they have extended 20k change recommendstions so it has to be good stuff. I've also seen soem horrors of congealed scum from mixed ingredients clogging pick-ups and oil-ways. The handbook on the Seat is quite strict about it too. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000

Yeah tis what I think. Just a bit wary as you used to get specific oil for diesels, back in the day. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000

Yes, I was annoyed when I got a car that needed anything other than 10w40, or 20w50 or 15w40 of which I use on all my cars/bikes but the new one called for 5w30. Just another damn type of oil to add to my supplies. I think I have 10 different oils and weights now, mostly in the 20l. ____________________ CBT: 12/06/10, Theory: 22/09/10, Module 1: 09/11/10, Module 2: 19/01/11

Meh.. I bought it. It seem to meet both tech requirements and my own req't that the best oil is clean new oil. ____________________ Now: A100, GT250A, XJ598, FZ750, SL1000

20L, hmmm.
If my truck blows 3.5l of oil out of the exhaust for every 1000 miles travelled and I'm doing 900 miles a week, how many weeks would a drum this size last me? ____________________ Make mine a Corona. |
