So how do you intend to vote tomorrow (if you're eligible to)?

I regret it’s come to this but it’s either the Uniparty (they’re all the same and useless) or Reform, so I vote Reform. If Reform turn out to be crap, or if the threat of Reform doesn’t provoke change in the mainstream, we can expect a future of either apathy and continuing decline, or civil unrest. Really, I think we’ve reached that stage and I despair for my country.

Totally agree. I don't hold out that much hope for Reform with Farage as he is is much to marmite for many people but if they can force mainstream into serious change, all good.

I'm in one of those areas where democracy is too precious to risk on elections. The excuse is the forceable merger of smaller boroughs together. And it will have to be by force:

Elmbridge Council - party: Boomers, debt ~0
Spelthorne Council - party: Tories, debt ~£1 billion with a 'b'
Runnymede Council - party: Tories, debt ~£600 million

Run a decent council with a balanced budget, this is your reward Sad

We don't have them at this time but last time, there was no contest anyway because they didn't have enough candidates standing to fill all the places. All who put up a deposit were nodded through.

That says something about something I'm sure. Either it's a thankless task nobody wants to do, they aren't paying enough or there isn't enough oppertunity for milking expenses any more

I suspect the former. It's not a job I'd want.

im not giving my consent to any of them.

the fact that you people still think that you can change things by voting is baffling to me.

I have no idea, we have local elections in my area, but not had a dickybird through the post about any candidate, and even googling each of the candidartes names (which i found out through the BBC news website), there is spare information about what they stand for..... so i guess i'll not vote as i have zero idea what any of them will actually do for me/the area i live in
