The lady next door gave me some sort of spicy curried vegetable thing, and three round dinner rolls.

I hadn't got round to thinking dinner so I just had that: only ate half the bread and all the curry, of which there was not much more than a couple of mouthfuls (which I think was marrow or something equally barely discernible but digestible), except there was a fuck-tonne of chilli in it

What bread I did eat was mostly only to stop my mouth from burning

Two sausage rolls with tomato ketchup.

I went to make porridge but the milk (which didn't smell "off" but tasted funny in my coffee) curdled whilst I attempted to make the porridge, so I threw it all out and went to the shop for milk, got sidetracked by the hot sausage roll counter on the way in

Late lunch/early dinner: a mixed meat kebab - but only the meat - chicken, beef, spicy meatball and "salad". Dirty keto

I didn't eat the pitta bread - gave pieces of it, the bits that had sauce or gravy on, to the dog (along with some chunks of ox liver which I had cooked for her earlier) and threw the rest of the pitta away.

Then I ate all the kebab while the dog stared longingly at me
