How meny miles do you get from a rear?

I'll start, I get a good 4,000miles from a rear on my ZX6R and did about that on my GSXR750 too. I dont do any silly burnouts either.

Used to get about 6000 out of a BT010 on the bandit600.

I've got a BT020 on the Falco thats done about 2000 miles and still looks like it's got at least as much again in it.

Just got 4000 from my continental contiforce but it had a few miles on that before as I bought the bike with nearly new tyres.

I used to get about 1500-2000 miles out of my diablo on the busa.

Only just got the R6 so don't know about that one although its getting towards illegal now and I got it with 3mm of tread on it, done about 2500 miles on it now.

On the speedfight I have REALLY soft sticky tyres from my local bike shop. They are only £35 a tyre, They are Super soft and provide awsome road grip. Only downside is that my scooter has lethal pull away and it eats tyres.

Along with the wheelies, Burnouts, Donuts and skids, I used to get around 1000km to a tyre.

Now i've calmed down a lot. Ive had my rear tyre for about 2000miles (New speedo which counts in miles rather than KM).

Not sure how tyre friendly the Mini is going to be though.

Got 6500 out of the stock Dunlop D218's. I'm expecting to get around 4k out of the current D208's. Already thinking of which tires to get next. I'd hate to get something worse than the 208's and then be stuck with them for another 4-6k.

6-7000 from BT020s on a VFR800. I'll probably get the same again, just because they grip well in the wet. Most tyres seem good in the dry these days.

I'm on course for about 6-8,000 miles on the GPZ's BT45's at the moment, they have been trackdayed and looking abit overcooked from it though.

My best is 10,000 on the BT45's I had on the GS500!

Got about 5000 on my old Thundercat (BT56)
The 98 R1 I had was a consistant 2500 miles, front and rear (BT010)
Had done 2000 miles on my 03R1 before it commited suicide. They were nearly shagged out. (Dunlop 208)

Hmm, hard to say so far - got around 3,500 miles out of a Pirelli Dragon Evo rear, before a slow puncture and overheating knackered the rubber.

The Pirelli Diablo I've got on at the mo' has done a similar mileage yet appears to be less squared-off than the Dragon Evo was, which is nice for my wallet

I get about 3500 miles out of each of the standard Dunlop D208's rears that have been fitted to my R6. I am about to switch to adifferent brand, possibly Michelin Pilot Powers.

BT010 front and BT020 rear laster 5000 miles - though when I bought the bike they were already well scrubbed in (bike had 9500 miles on the clock - so I imagine there had been at least one tyre change)

What tyres do you recommend for a ZXR400? I want to get decent tyres that aren't TOO expensive. Any recommendations will be much appreciated

Around 3.5K on the rear using BT010s the front gives in around the 5k mark, that's riding a 955i Daytona
