had my RS125 for a weekish now and today i came off. a taxi was stoppin and i didnt see him and went down. need a few new panels, my jacket is bit torn.

happend about 30mins ago and feel so shit now, fuckin just after i spend all my money on it this happens....

i did the exact same when i brougt my ped a year ago, 2 weeks in was off. i need a LHS fairing and a gear leaver, indicator (was going to replae them so not that borered about that) and maybe new nose faring not good as really skint and the pain is starting to come now. i was in pritty good shape thought, could have been MUCH worse as i just thinking about it

Don't worry about it, everyone crashes at some pont, took me 3 weeks on my first RS, and that was a complete write off. Smile

www.speedaway.co.uk are good for parts, rapid delivery but expect to pay through the teeth for bits, a LHS fairing for my bike cost £388 from them, but it came direct from the factory in under a week.

It was for my old bike, i managed to get one side which was absolutely immaculate off ebay for £50.

Craig off 125ccsb has some fairings in by the looks of it he has a LHS in 1999 harada colours, they are brand new and at much more realistic prices.

A lot of people think "narrrr i ant going to die coming off my bike" But trust me every time you get on that bike you put your life in your own hands.

Oh scheiße. Its a right pain when you come off an expensive faired bike like the RS. I don't know how annoyed I would be if I binned my RG. Hope you get it looking nice again soon and take it easy. Keep your eyes open! Safe.

Really unlucky mate, gutted for ya. Was such a nice bike, but as said, everyone falls at some point or another. Its just how we get back up and learn from our mistakes. Shame about the bike too, was a right bobby dazzler! I come off my RS after about 5 weeks of owning the thing, but that was because of my own immaturity on country roads.

Glad you're not hurt though, and the bike isnt in too much of a state. Get her fixed up and enjoy it some more. Thumbs Up

kk guys i had a look at her about 12 last night and it really isnt too bad, im going to take some pictures in a min but i think that if i get a new sticker for the panel to replace the one that on there orginally i will look like new, anyone know where i can? i get a pic to sho what i mean,

also i want to get some new micro oval indys...anyone know a good place?

the really shit thing is that as soon as i sold my ped i was going to buy crash bungs!! i def will know though after paying for the damage will be the next thing as really dont want to screw my panels again!

k mate, the panels are not cheap, the front nose cone is £360 from Aprilia whilst the main side fairings are around £350-£400 quid.

Even the stickers are not cheap, the main side panel stickers are around £120 and thats just for one side.

Best bet is to keep looking on Ebay, but it can be very hard to find them in new condtion, but they do come on from time to time.
