loads of people have ridden my bike
two of them at OVER 198mph
I think it all depends on WHO you give the keys to ____________________ 187.3bhp = 201mph |

I let a few people drive my bike (like Dam_buster)
I also throw my car keys at him from time to time!
A mate of mine called Matt went on his mates SV650, First thing he did was drop it! What a bell end!...
And he didnt even offer to repair it! |

stryker long time no see!
I won't be allowing antbody to ride my restored 125LC, as I could not bear it being binned or abused by somebody. Not gonna let that happen to my baby! May let someone use my RG, but on a break it you pay for it basis. ____________________ Honda MBX50 | Yamaha RD125LC | Suzuki RG125F Lucky Strike | Suzuki GSF600S

The only person I've let ride my bike at any speed over 5 mph normally rides a Speed Triple. He is (or his parents are) loaded too, so no worries about that. Like Mr C said, just don't lend it to anyone you don't trust and don't know whether they can replace it or not.
Lending your bike to people without licences or to learners is a sure sign of stupidity in my book. ____________________ I must not be a troll...

I rode my honda super 4 (my first big bike) down to a mates wedding and my other mate who was the best man starting going on about all his bike experience and if it would be possible to take it for a spin. My better judgment went out the window for a minute and I though - no problem.
Its was only when he was actually sitting on it - and he asked me what side the clutch was on that I started to rethink my decision. He drove past the brides parents with both legs out each side of the bike, the clutch spinning away. It would have been comical if it wasn't my bike. - luckily he came back in one piece!
I'd never lend my R6 to anyone now - not unless they had a good exchange anyway

I would only lend my bike out to someone who i knew would treat it right, and who had the correct knowledge.
Me and my mates will often swop bikes on a ride out, but only on a 'you bin it, you bought it' basis.
The only time i have refused a mate a go on my bike was in France, when the brakes were fucked. I don't like hospitals or recovery vehicles. ____________________ Space Monkey #7
